Zero Liquid Discharge

We all know that Water is life, but still, tons of water is being wasted every day by industries as well as by people in their homes. We, at JB Ecotex Limited, are working with the Go Green concept as a responsible and sustainable RPSF manufacturer.

We are a recycled polyester staple fiber supplier across India. At JB Ecotex Limited, we have installed an effluent treatment plant with all the latest available technology which enables us to process and reuse all the wastewater generated by us during the process. Thus, there is no liquid discharge from the recycling process which certifies us ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE unit with the adoption of zero water discharge methodology. JB Ecotex Limited impressively decreases the requirements of water which helps to keep environmental resources intact for future generations: An endeavor to become an efficient EPR services agency in India.

We believe in sustainable development; which means we fulfil our present needs without compromising with the needs of future generations. At JB Ecotex Limited we have installed 2.1 MW of Wind Turbines and 1.2 MW of solar power plant. Further, we have a power purchase agreement with a third party generating renewable power. In total, around 25% of our power requirement is being fulfilled by renewable resources which further reduces our carbon footprint. Therefore, along with being the major rPet flakes producer, we try our best to contribute to a better planet.

With this, we are also focussing on Pet fiber recycling across the Globe in a structured manner. We feel proud to be a green group of India and we will continue to further build on its renewable energy sources.

OBP Certification for the ocean recycled polyester products

JB Ecotex Limited have been certified with OBP Certification for the ocean recycled polyester products. Nirmal Vasundhara Private Limited is also been certified for the collection of the OCEAN BOUND Plastic program through its network.

This program is composed of four standards dedicated to ocean protection from plastic marine litter and covering all operations related to OBP from collection, recycling, treatment or plastic footprint offsetting and OBP Neutralization certificates generation.

The OBP Certification Program by the NGO Zero Plastic Oceans in collaboration with the certification group Control Union to protect oceans from the continuous leakage of Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) from land-based activities.

As to the ever-increasing plastic pollution of the environment and the ocean, the founders started a model for companies to finance the collection of Ocean Bound Plastic (called ZPO Initiative).

Global Recycled Standard Certified

The GRS is an international, voluntary, full-product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. GRS verifies Responsible Social, Environmental and chemical Practices in Production as well as Recycled Content of intermediate as well as finished products. JB Ecotex Limited has been compliant with Global Recycle Standard ver 3.0 since March 2016.

OEKO TEX Certified Product

Oeko Tex Standard 100 was developed in 1992 and it is a certification structure for testing textile raw materials, intermediate materials and end products like fabrics, fibers, yarn including accessories. This is a global standard issued by the International Association for Research and Testing in the field of textile ecology and its headquarters is in Switzerland.

We at Jay Bharat Group, make truly eco-friendly products keeping both the environment and human safety in mind.

The processing sector of Jay Bharat Group has been certified with one of the most prestigious certificates Oeko Tex 100 since 2009. JB Ecotex Limited also has had this certification since Feb 2016.

This certificate is a reassurance for our deserving consumers that our product meets the highest ecology standards.

JB Ecotex Limited is also compliant with Global Recycle Standard ver 3.0 and has had this certification since March 2016.

We also got ISO 9001:2015 & 1460:2015 in October 2017.

ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 9001:2015 Certified Unit

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework for environment management best practice which helps organization to minimize their environmental footprint, diminish the risk of pollution incidents, provide operational improvements, ensures compliance with relevant environmental legislation and sustainably develop business.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

UKcert 15270:2008 Certified Unit

UKcert is an organization that helps companies to avail the CE marking of the product that we deal with. The team has experience of 15+ years and is well-known in quality systems, training, and standardization, especially in the private sector.

ISO 15270:2008 - Plastics — Guidelines for the recovery and recycling of plastics waste:

a) ISO 15270:2008 gives direction to the advancement of norms and determinations covering plastics waste recovery and recycling.

b) We are happy to announce that we are compliant with all the processes that involve plastic waste recycling and recovery.
